Lots of scratch building and parts from the spare parts box were involved in making this kit look half-way decent. Painted in the same color and markings that my dad flew as rear seat gunner.

Painted up in the way the Missouri Air National Guard (MOANG) would have flown the aircraft out of St. Joseph, Mo. around the 1955 time frame.

I used the following enamel paints: Floquil Bright Silver, Old Silver and Platinum Mist, Model Master Steel, Chrome Silver, Flat White and Aircraft Gray. Panel lines were picked out using a wash of regular Testors acrylic flat black thinned down with rubbing alcolhol.
